Prices like "$1,200", dates like "Jan 5, 2026", Yes / Y / No, a price "abc", an unknown category, a duplicate SKU and a row without a name. Tick "Keep the saved value when a cell in the imported data is empty" and that row only updates its price. Fix the rest in the review, import, then undo.
Download both files and import products-with-photos.csv. On the Columns step the wizard sees the photo file names and asks for them: add product-photos.zip there, and the photos are taken from the ZIP by file name. One row names a photo that is not in the ZIP.

1,500 changes and 3,500 new products. Skip the rows with errors and import, then fix them from the result — map "Kitchenware" and "Gadgets" to categories — and import them into the same import.
Countries written as "UK", "USA" and "Deutschland" and a tier "VIP" the app does not have. Press Choose… next to an error to map the values, save a template and open the file again.
A CRM export with headers like "Client ID", "Mail" and "Membership level". Press "Suggest with AI" on the columns, then open the errors of Nation and Membership and press it again: "England" becomes United Kingdom and "VIP" Gold. In this demo the answers come from a short built-in list; in your app, from Claude.

Approval
On Customers, press "Import with approval", import customers.csv and request approval. Then choose "Act as the manager" in the user menu (top right): the manager gets a notification, reviews the same changes and approves or sends the import back.
After importing
Every import with what it created, changed and could not import. Open one to see its rows, resume it or undo it. Download gives back what was imported, as a CSV.
Tick "For existing products that are not in the imported data: mark them as not for sale" and import products-5000.csv. The 500 products that are not in products-5000.csv are listed in the review under "Not in imported data". When you import, those 500 are marked as not for sale (the Active column in the product list shows ×), and "Undo this import" brings them back.
Import products.csv, then press "Run on a schedule…" on the result. Pick supplier-prices.csv — the supplier drops it in storage — and save. On Scheduled imports, press "Run now": the new prices are checked with the same columns and imported, and the list shows what happened.
The import opens as a large modal over the list. On Products, press "Full-screen import" to compare: the same wizard fills the whole window (->modalWidth(Width::Screen)). On a phone both are full screen.
Copy cells from Excel or Google Sheets — with a header row — and paste them into the import window instead of choosing a file.

Semicolons and decimal commas, as German Excel saves them: 1.250 € and 2.480,00 €, 31.12.2026 and 15. Januar 2026, ja / nein. Open the clean-up of Price: Warp ticked "Decimal comma" from the file, so 1.250 is one thousand two hundred fifty.
Spaces in numbers (1 890,00 €), 13/02/2026 and 05/06/2026, 1er février 2026, oui / non. The 13 tells Warp the day comes first, so 05/06/2026 is 5 June.
Shift_JIS, as Japanese Excel saves it: 1,200円, △300, 令和8年1月5日, はい / いいえ and ○ / ×.
Japanese headers, full-width e-mail addresses and phone numbers, prefectures by name and ranks written as ゴールド and 一般.
